She Paints What the Soul Can’t Always Say..

There’s a certain stillness that comes with watching Kyla Allison create—like witnessing poetry in motion. A West Orlando native and former collegiate basketball player, Kyla has traded in fast breaks for fluid brushstrokes, letting her art speak for the quiet parts of the soul.

Her style? Free-flow realism—where her spirit leads, her brush follows.

“I paint based on emotion. Sometimes I don’t even plan—I just go with the rhythm I feel. Music, silence, energy… whatever speaks to me.”

You feel the intention in her work. It’s soft, but strong. Feminine, but grounded. There’s healing in her canvas—honest, emotional, spiritual healing.

Creating From The Core

Art’s been in Kyla’s DNA. From customizing shoes with her brother to sketching just for fun, creativity has always been her way of expressing what words couldn’t. But now, it’s deeper—it’s spiritual.

“My signature draws attention to my identity as a Black woman. I want my art to reflect growth, softness, strength—and real human emotion.”

Her work holds a quiet power. It’s soft but intentional. Emotional, feminine, and full of truth.

Her Why & What’s Next

Kyla paints from the soul—for herself and for others. Inspired by womanhood, God, and the quiet beauty in simply being, her work invites reflection and connection. As she evolves—experimenting with scale, materials, and deeper storytelling—one thing remains: her art is a space for truth.

“I just want people to feel something. To slow down and see the beauty in themselves the way I do when I create. I want them to pause. To feel seen. To feel something real.”

Kyla Allison’s art is more than brush to canvas—it’s spirit work. It whispers. It heals. It holds the softness of a Sunday morning and the strength of a woman reborn. This is sacred energy in color.
